The Countdown Begins

It’s hard to believe, but we’re just a few short months away from the launch of Cattail Lane! This story has been such a labor of love, and I’m beyond excited to finally share it with you. April 15^th is the release date.

Writing time is solitary time. It’s just you, your thoughts, and a blinking cursor for company most days. But when a book finally makes its way into the world, the story belongs to everyone. That’s what makes launch time so special.  It’s a shared experience—a chance to come together, connect, and celebrate. And believe me, I’m ready to party!

Right now, my days are a whirlwind of planning events, creating book club resources, and connecting with readers and fellow authors. It’s been such a joy to shift from the quiet of writing to the excitement of sharing.

For those of you who’ve followed my work before, you know that my novels tend to center around people searching for connection and home. Cattail Lane continues in that vein, diving into the complicated, messy, and beautiful world of family life in a small town. I can’t wait to hear your thoughts on the characters and their journeys.
